View IP Address

1. Click the Start button, at the lower left of your screen.

2. Click the Control Panel choice.

Click View network status and tasks.

Click View status.

Click the Details button.

1. If the first three groups of numbers of the IPv4 IP Address are 192.168.0 or 192.168.1 your computer is configured to get it’s IP address automatically from the device it is connected to. This device may be a router or one of our automatic SkyBeam radios.

2. If the first group of the IPv4 IP Address is 10. your computer is configured for a manual IP address, and is connected to one of the SkyBeam’s manual radios.

If the first groups of the IPv4 IP Address is anything but 1 and 2 above, this may indicate a problem. Contact The SkyBeam’s tech support.

Leave the above window open, when you call for tech support.
