Problems Sending Email
These problems can usually be resolved by performing the following adjustments to your computer's email program:

1. Open your Email program.
2. Left-Click on the word "Tools" at the top of the window.
3. Left-Click on "Accounts" in the drop-down menu.

1. Left-Click on the "Mail" tab at the top of the window.
2. Left-Click on the "Properties" button to the right.

1. Left-Click once on the "Advanced" tab near the top of the window.
2. Left-Click on the small slider, under "Server Timeouts", and while
holding down the mouse button, move the slider all the way to
the right, then release the mouse button.
Make no other changes to the settings in this window!

1. With the slider to the right, left-click the "Apply" button.
2. Left-Click the "OK" button, then close all windows.
3. Close the Email program.4. Wait about ten seconds, then re-open your email program
and send your email again, by clicking the "Send & Receive"
button near the top of your email window.
You must close & re-open your email program
before the new settings will take effect.
NOTICE: In some cases the previous non-sent Email will remain stuck in the "Outbox" and will refuse to send, even after making the above setting changes. Should you experience this anomaly, simply open the "Outbox" and delete the mail that won't send, then recreate and resend your email.
1. Open the "Outbox" and left-click once on an email to highlight it.
2. Right-Click on the highlighted email then left-click on the "Delete" choice.
3. Repeat for each un-sent email.
