If you currently have the 75K speed and wish our bonus speed, simply ask to move up to our 150K speed, or faster, then pay quarterly for our 33% faster bonus speed.

No Limits - One Restriction

Some wireless providers charge more if you use their connection too much. WE DON'T The SkyBeam charges a flat monthly fee.

The one restriction we must impose is NO CONTINOUS DOWNLOADS or uploads! The Internet is a shared resource for all ISPs. Most all other high-speed providers impose either a Fair Use Policy, where the customer's speed is reduced if they download too much. Or the ISP implements a Surcharge Policy, where the user is charged an extra fee if they download too much.
We Don't Impose Either of these Policies!

We think fair use and surcharge policies are unfair to our customers. We only ask that our customers refrain from continuous or extended downloads. Downloading the occasional music file or video clip is just fine, but continuous or hours long downloads, or those running Peer-to-Peer software are unfair to all of our other customers. Users who persist in continuous downloads, or can't refrain from running P2P software will gain membership in our Heavy User's Club, where they will share one high-speed channel with the other heavy users, thus leaving the rest of our system free for our more considerate users.

No SPAM

It's now illegal to Spam, "send unsolicited emails as bulk mail" in California and other states, but this does not stop some from trying. The SkyBeam's Spam and virus filters do a great job of filtering out most incoming Spam from our user's inbox. The SkyBeam will not tolerate any of our customers sending Spam. If you send Spam, your account will terminated immediately. No refund – No argument.

No Hacking

Hacking, or more correctly called "Cracking" is breaking and entering into a computer or network system. Breaking into a computer or network is illegal in the entire United States, and most other countries. Hacking/Cracking now falls under Homeland Security and is considered a serious felony, and can earn the perpetrator 20-years to life in federal prison.

The SkyBeam's firewalls and other protection mechanisms do an excellent job of keeping outsiders from our user's computers, but a sufficiently clever insider could try to break into our equipment, or that of our users. Any hacking or cracking activity, by any of our customers, will result in the immediate suspension and blacklisting for perpetuity of that user. Under new federal laws, The SkyBeam also must report this activity to the FBI. The perpetrator's name, address, and all other information will be immediately sent to the proper authorities.
